New World Developments has emerged over the years from a Project Management Consultancy into a full Project Management service providing a range of services including design and build, project management, move management, building refurbishment, fit-out, planned and routine maintenance.

Our service provides the Client with a "single point of contact", who takes responsibility for all aspects of a Project, from conception to implementation through to completion and managing all contractors, thus ensuring Business continuity and clear communication at all times.

By ensuring that the Client has a "single point of contact", it simplifies the process for both themselves and the contractors on site, whilst providing visibility so that the Client can clearly monitor the delivery of their Project. We have developed a very good team of in house Project Managers who have grown with the Company gaining knowledge with each delivered project.

Over the years and to compliment our in house team, we have established a comprehensive list of approved suppliers, who meet our criteria for all levels of detail, Craftsmanship and Environmental impact.

New World Developments has progressed through from implementing minor refurbishments to becoming a Main Contractor for large corporate environments. Projects have been completed for a variety of Clients covering most sectors, namely the Media, Retail, Construction, Property, Financial, Telecom and the Public Sector.
